An adhesives manufacturer was pitching to be the preferred supplier in Masters Home Improvement stores, and to be ranged ahead of their leading competitor brands.
In order to form a 360-degree view, we spent a combined total of 4 days observing shoppers in aisle, conducted 105 intercept interviews with category buyers as well as a handful of shop-alongs.
The client won the pitch and is now the preferred supplier in Masters stores in the category.
